Why am I being charged for a subscription?
A membership option with a trial period can be opted-in upon checkout to redeem special discounts and/or free items (plus a small handling charge). By being a members of End The Wokeness, you receive exclusive benefits such as:
• 40% off all store merchandise
• $15 to $35 in monthly store credit (depending on the membership)
• Free USA shipping

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you choose to cancel your membership, login to your account here, then click on "Manage Subscription" and select the option to cancel.
Is a subscription required to purchase items from your website?
Membership is not required. You’re welcome to place an order on our website—either as a member to enjoy exclusive benefits, or without a membership.
If you choose to order without becoming a member, just select the regular price when adding items to your cart and a subscription will not be added.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from New York, United States.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping timeframe is 7-14 business days from the time your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that this estimate may vary depending on the carrier’s operations and any unforeseen events that may occur during transit, such as weather delays or logistical disruptions. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is shipped.

How do I check my store credit balance?
You can find the store credit by logging into your account here. Any available store credit will show at the bottom of your membership dashboard.
How do I redeem my store credit?
1. Ensure you're logged into your account by clicking here.
2. Add any items you'd like to purchase to your cart.
3. On the checkout page, simply apply any remaining store credit to your purchase.
How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
You can simply click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email from us, or contact us at support@endthewokeness.com and we can assist you.
How do I access the Digital MAGAzine?
We send out the digital magazine for members monthly, please search your email inbox for "End The Wokeness Membership" and the download link will be in the email.
