Damaged/Defective Item

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our email address is support@endthewokeness.com.

Returns

We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for return instructions at support@endthewokeness.com. Please note: We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Subscription/membership refunds: We will refund a subscription charge if it's within 30 days of the billing date. Please contact us for more information at support@endthewokeness.com.

Physical product refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@endthewokeness.com.
